Why People have Flabby Body even they go to gym regularly???
There are many factors in individual having flabby body.
1.Diet
Exercise a lone may not be sufficient to get a toned body it needs to be watch out the food intake avoid having high caloric foods, processed foods, carbonated waters and artificial sweaters.

2.Resistance Training
cardio workout may be helpful in burning fat from the body, but resistance training is very essential to build muscles having more muscle mass contribute to toned body.

3.Stress and Sleep
High stress level and lack in sleep or irregularity in sleeping can affect hormonal balances and it increases the body weight which is converted in a flabby shaped body.

4.medications
Use of medicine for a certain period of time either with fighting with some disease to cure or using medication to enhance the body performance impacts on the body composition which occur water storage in the body and yes helps in appearing flabby body.
